Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1816 Description :
month may only be specified once
Error Cause:
More than one month format code was listed in a date specification. Only one of the following month format codes may be specified in a date: MM, MON, MONTH.

How to Solve :
Remove all but one month format from the date specification.
