Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1800 Description :
a literal in the date format was too large to process
Error Cause:
A literal specified in a date format was too large. If a literal is entered as a date, it must be less than 220 characters long.

How to Solve :
Use only literals less than 220 characters long in the date format.
