Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1781 Description :
UNRECOVERABLE cannot be specified without AS SELECT
Error Cause:
UNRECOVERABLE was specified in a CREATE TABLE statement without also specifying a populating subquery with an AS clause.

How to Solve :
Do not specify UNRECOVERABLE.
