Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1599 Description :

failed to acquire rollback segment (string), cache space is full

Error Cause:

the amount statically allocated is not enough based on max_rollback_segments parameter.

How to Solve :

For now take another rollback segment offline or increase the parameter max_rollback_segments
