Oracle database error code ORA-01430 – column being added already exists in table

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1430 Description :
column being added already exists in table
Error Cause:
An ALTER TABLE ADD statement specified the name of a column that is already in the table. All column names must be unique within a table.

How to Solve :
Specify a unique name for the new column, then re-execute the statement.
