Oracle database error code ORA-01351 – tablespace given for Logminer dictionary does not exist

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1351 Description :
tablespace given for Logminer dictionary does not exist
Error Cause:
The tablespace name given as a parameter to DBMS_LOGMNR_D.SET_TABLESPACE does not exist.

How to Solve :
Check spelling of the tablespace name. If spelling is correct verify that the named tablespace has already been created. DBMS_LOGMNR_D.SET_TABLESPACE does not create a tablespace.
