Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1275 Description :
Operation string is not allowed if standby file management is automatic.
Error Cause:
An operation that renames, adds, or drops a file was attempted at a standby database and STANDBY_FILE_MANAGEMENT was set to AUTO.

How to Solve :
Set STANDBY_FILE_MANAGEMENT to MANUAL if the operation must be performed.
