Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1176 Description :
data dictionary has more than the string files allowed by the controlfie
Error Cause:
After a CREATE CONTROLFILE, the data dictionary was found to have more datafiles than that supported by the control file.

How to Solve :
Recreate the control file with a larger MAXDATAFILES.
