Oracle database error code ORA-01159 – file is not from same database as previous files – wrong database id

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1159 Description :
file is not from same database as previous files – wrong database id
Error Cause:
Not all of the files specified in CREATE CONTROLFILE are from the same database. The database ID of this file does not match that from the first file specified.

How to Solve :
Please double check the list of files provided to the CREATE
