Oracle Database Error Code ORA-927 Description :
missing equal sign
Error Cause:
An equal sign has been omitted in one of the following places:In the SET clause of an UPDATE statementFollowing “!” in a search condition to signify not equal

How to Solve :
Correct the syntax. Insert the equal sign where required and retry the statement.
