CHeck the table name passed in.

User passed in an incorrect or someone elses regid/ handle.

How to Solve :

Check the passed in regid/ reg handle

Unsupported query or operation during change notification registration

The user attempted to register an unsupported query type or an unsupported operation like a DML/DDL for change notification.
